WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED WHILE IN TRANSIT?
While most deliveries will arrive with your product remaining frozen, weather and unforeseen delivery delays may result in product becoming thawed while in transit. Product that arrives thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days.
Note: Please make sure address provided is current, correct and complete.
Failure to provide correct shipping addresses for a prompt delivery voids our guarantee.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order requirements on local pickups and deliveries.
There is a $200 minimum order on all other deliveries (shipping cost not included)
WHO DO I CALL IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERN ABOUT MY DELIVERY?
If for any reason, you have questions with your recent delivery, please call us (Mon -Fri 8am - 5pm or Sat - Sun 9am - 2pm)
If we are away from our phone or its after business hours, we will try to contact you as soon as we can.
As we've mentioned we are 100% invested in our product and will do our best to attend to our customers.
Note : It is helpful for our customers to send us photos of the product or package in question in order to assist us identify and understand any situation at hand in order to achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
I'VE PLACED AN ORDER BUT WONT BE HOME TO RECEIVE IT UNTIL NEXT WEEK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order was placed recently (within a few hours) and/or your items has not left our ranch, please contact us immediately so we could verify if changes could be made to reschedule delivery.
However if shipment is already in transit, please call a family member, friend, someone that could assist you to transfer your meat items to the refrigerator or freezer. Our reusable containers are meant to help keep your items cold and safe while in transit only. We cannot guarantee if your items are left unattended days on out after delivery.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
To ensure our customer received their items promptly, we ship our product on the next business day (if order was placed before noon CST that day)
We are shipping perishable product and therefore are not able to accept returns. Once an order leaves for shipment, items cannot be restocked or resold. We ask our customers to please review your order and corresponding receipt carefully
ARE YOU ORGANIC?
Obregon Cattle Ranch animals are raised with organic principles in mind.
Unfortunately, the state-run organic-certification program was turned over to a private certifier several years ago. The private certifier requires 5% of the gross income of the preceding year to maintain the license. Regretfully, greed has infiltrated a noble cause.
While Organic certification has some stipulations about the treatment on animals, they don't go far enough. They are good at regulating what animals are fed but still has room to improve on regulating how those animals are raised. Cattle can be confined and eat a diet of 'organic corn and soy' - which cattle are not biologically intended to consume - and still be labeled as 'organic' and commended by the labeling system at hand. The current concept of organic in no way addresses animal welfare, animal health, land management, and long-term impact on our planet. Sadly, this is a struggle most honest ranchers are faced with in dealing with another middleman.
We are 100% invested on our animals and their environment and 100% involved in their daily well being. We take pride in what we do and the hands on care we give to our farm and our animals.
I PLACED AN ORDER ON FRIDAY, WILL I GET MY MEAT ON SUNDAY?
Due to safety reasons we do not ship any perishable items over the weekend. We do not want any of your frozen meat items on hold over the weekend during transit. With that being said, you could still place your order and we will make sure your order is out on the first Monday delivery. (provided that Monday is not a public holiday)
Our delivery days are Monday to Wednesday
HOW TO ORDER?
Our meats are individually vacuum sealed and weigh. We want our customers to have the pleasure of picking the actual size or weight of meat and feel comfortable understanding what is in their cart.
When shopping, simply add the selected cut of meat which are sorted by weight. Starting with the smallest cut first. Simply add your selection into your shipping cart. If you wish to have more than one, simply add another preferred weight into your cart before moving to the next choice of meat.
We are one of the few that offers you the options of choosing your meat by weight and not just quantities.
