SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders will arrive in a reusable container safeguard by another cardboard packing box. Items are carefully packed with dry ice or Gel Ice Packs.

(Please be careful when opening and handling your package. We understand the excitement of receiving your Obregon Cattle Ranch meat, however please pay attention when handling any dry ice product)

SHIPPING DAYS are Mon - Friday

 

FedEx and UPS ground service is used. With the current situation, freight companies are unable to guarantee shipments to arrive within 3-5 days. Many other businesses have too struggle to keep our freight companies honest and uphold their deliveries commitment. With that said, in order to ensure our products are delivered safely in our thermo system packaging, we are only offering next day deliveries option. 

We hope freight services would improve in the future and be able to provide us with better guaranteed services for our customers

To maintain a safe & on time delivery we do not ship our product on days that would  cause a weekend hold over. This is to avoid any perishable items place on hold waiting for the next available business day.
